- 3kg silver side meat
- 1/2 cup grape vinegar
- 300ml Crown National Biltong seasoning (www.crownnational.co.za)
Step 1. Cut your meat into biltong strips, which ever size you prefer.
Step 2. Lay the meat onto a large tray: Take a silicone brush and lightly coat the meat with the vinegar on all the sides
Step 3. Sprinkle the biltong seasoning evenly over the meat on all the sides – let it rest for 6 – 8 hours
Step 4. Hang the biltong strips in your dryer and let it dry for 4 – 7 days, depending on your taste.
